for the body's muscles and joints through the execution
of complex manoeuvres in conjunction with deep regulated
breathing and the contraction and expansion of the diaphragm.
There are three types of weapons taught in Wudan
Tai Chi Chuan. As well having self defence applications
they also train the body and mind, The sword nourishes the
Chi, the spear promotes wisdom, the sabre cultivates the
